What we do?

EDURES is a non-profit organization that collaborates with community and K12 schools in impoverished and middle-income areas to promote online education. We accomplish this by providing resources like internet connectivity and computers, while also linking students with substitute teachers and K12 students. This way, students receive the necessary support to achieve academic success, while substitute teachers gain employment opportunities and experiential training.

Our secondary goal is to enhance research facilities in underserved communities. We hold the belief that research plays a crucial role in driving continuous improvement and discovery. Through hands-on learning, research cultivates critical thinking and analytical skills, helps individuals define their academic, career, and personal interests, broadens their understanding and knowledge of a chosen field beyond the classroom, and builds communities with peers, faculty, and organizations both on and off-campus. The benefits of research are boundless!

We source our funding from a range of local, state, and federal agencies, as well as through grant applications with various business partners. We also occasionally host online fundraising events. To keep our supporters informed of our progress, we will update our 'Accomplishments' page with monthly highlights. Please don't hesitate to contact us for further information.
