We have implemented purposeful measures to enhance our capacity to attract and retain outstanding personnel and leaders from diverse backgrounds. We have conducted assessments and evaluations of our compensation, policies, protocols, and systems to ensure that they align with our principles and facilitate the optimal performance of our employees across the globe. To facilitate success in both school and life, Too Small to Fail supports parents and caregivers in underserved communities with resources to promote early brain and language development. These tools include techniques for talking, reading, and singing with babies from birth onwards.

We work towards engaging and empowering the upcoming generation of leaders from diverse regions of the world to deliberate and devise strategies to address the critical challenges in their respective campuses, localities, and worldwide.

We collaborate with community schools, youth-serving organizations, businesses, and local communities to enhance the environments where children learn, live, and play. Our goal is to promote good health and improve nutrition.
